1 Million Peso ("Application", "Platform", "app") is a personal credit loan software developed by YOURSOLUTIONS LENDING CORPORATION("our", "we", "company"), which provides short- and medium-term micro-loan services ("Services") to users ("you", "your", "your").

Our company needs local operating qualifications to enter the Philippine market. By applying for a SEC license, our company has obtained the qualification to develop. Our company is a Lending Company registered with the SEC, with SEC registration number: CS201400313 and authorization certificate number: 1540.

By using this app, you agree to abide by these terms. Your right to use this app is limited to you and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity.

You are responsible for all activities related to your account and ensure that all use behaviors comply with the requirements of these terms. In addition, you are responsible for protecting the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.

User Eligibility

1 Million Peso Facility is intended for use only by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, in good credit and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, particularly in connection with the use of products and/or services offered in the app facility.

By creating and maintaining an app account, including the use of any products, services, facilities or benefits in our facility, you represent and warrant that you possess the above eligibility requirements. You likewise expressly authorize, consent and permit the Company to use all necessary means to verify your identity, conduct fraud checks, fraud verifications, background checks, credit and background checks based on the information you provide or obtain data from other sources, including any third-party information providers. The use of our facility is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Registration and Application

In creating your 1 Million Peso account, applying for financial services/products or using any other services in our platform (including the use and availing of the services of third-party platform partners), you agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate personal information in the registration or application form as necessary to avail the services under the app facility. The Company and its partners (i.e., platform lenders, merchants, wholesalers, distributors, other service providers, each referred to as a "Platform Partner") reserve the right to conduct background verification of your identity, including credit and fraud checks before, during and during your registration, application or use of the App Facility, any loan or any other service or feature. We reserve the right to cancel your registration, suspend your account, reject any application submitted by you, and restrict your future use of the App Facility and the products and services provided by the App Facility without prior notice if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. The Company also reserves the right to reject any registration that violates these Terms of Service, and to deny access to any services provided by our facilities and/or its platform partners.

Before registering and using the App Facility, you must understand that the App will only provide services if you agree to disclose relevant identity, contact, employment, income, education and financial information, which must be provided by you, and the Company may also obtain such information on your behalf from all relevant sources (including data that you may have shared with Platform Partners) and in accordance with your instructions and authorization ("Authorization").

If your participation and use of our Platform is part of or in connection with a Platform Partner’s program or initiative, which may be in the form of a bundled service, financing or purchasing program with your wholesaler/distributor, your access to and use of our Platform (including the services provided to you) may be limited, restricted or customized in accordance with the requirements and specifications of that Platform Partner.

By accepting and clicking the “Agree” button below, you hereby confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, processing (including for the purpose of developing credit scores and user profiling) and disclosure of the information you provide (including with respect to designated related party contacts and/or third-party contacts or other reference persons) or will be provided to third parties such as, but not limited to, lenders, borrowers, third-party purchasers of loans (including delinquent loans), third-party data processors, life and credit insurance agencies, warranty partners for cellular protection and device damage and other products and services, credit bureaus (including Credit Information Company (“CIC”) and other submitting entities with which CIC may share such data as permitted by law), credit organizations, credit score providers, as such information is necessary and required for access to and use of our facilities, its services and those provided by its Platform Partners.

Please read and confirm your agreement to the Authorization and Special Authorization. If you disagree or have reservations about any of the terms of the Authorization and Special Authorization, including its scope, coverage or purpose, please exit our facility and stop using our services.

Privacy Policy

In order to provide users with peace of mind while using the services provided by 1 Million Peso, we attach great importance to protecting the security of users' personal information. Account Security

Although the Company has implemented adequate protection measures, including those required by the Data Privacy Act 2012, the Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty in this regard. You hereby acknowledge that you provide personal data at your own risk.

You may not share your 1 Million Peso account or login information, nor allow any other person to access your app account or do anything else that may compromise the security of your app account.

If you discover or reasonably suspect any security breach, including, but not limited to, loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your login information, you must immediately notify us and modify your login information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all uses of the app facility and login information, including making purchases and loan applications, whether or not authorized by you. You are responsible for anything that happens to your app account.

We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any username at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, claims by a third party that a username violates a third party's rights.

User Content

By submitting content to the 1 Million Peso facility, you expressly agree to the following:

You hereby grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform any information or content you provide while using the app facility and its services, subject to the privacy provisions of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the content and information you provide through or in connection with our products and services. The Company is not responsible for any use or misuse of your personal data that you share, post or grant access to others.

All content and content posted on the app facility or privately transmitted through the app facility or by other means related to the app facility services are the sole responsibility of the person from whom the content originated. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any information or content posted by users.

The Company may access and use information recorded by credit reference and fraud prevention agencies to generate user profiles, assess credit risk, and identify, prevent, detect or combat fraud, money laundering and other crimes.

You hereby expressly assume full responsibility and release the Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries from any liability to you or any third party for any content you create, upload, transmit or display while using the app services through the app facility. You also promise not to use the app facility to share, create, upload, transmit or make available any material, information or content protected by copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, trade name, service mark or any property right (including privacy and/or publicity rights) unless you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize the Company and the app to use any and/or all content you create, upload, transmit or make available using the app facility.

You promise not to use a pseudonym or conceal your real name to conceal a crime, evade execution of a judgment or cause damages.

You agree and hereby assume full responsibility for the consequences of your actions and interactions using the app services, and hereby acknowledge the liability of the Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you as a result of your use or misuse of the app services or access to the app facilities.

Grant of Permissions

Based on compliance with the terms and conditions of this application, we will grant you the following rights: Grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-re-licensable, non-transferable right to access, download and install the latest universal version of the application on a single authorized mobile device owned or controlled by you. This application is for your legitimate personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes only, and shall not violate laws and regulations, infringe the rights of others or be used for commercial purposes.

Service Provision

We are committed to providing services around the clock, regardless of holidays or non-working hours, unless there are technical or operational necessities. In the following circumstances, our application may suspend service and may not be notified to you in advance:

1. The service is automatically interrupted due to system overload or other factors.

2. Urgent system maintenance, update, replacement, or handling of system failures and failures is required.

3. Force majeure events such as national emergencies, power outages, natural disasters, etc.

When the service needs to be suspended due to the above reasons, we will issue a notice through the app as early as possible. However, if the service interruption is caused by factors that we cannot foresee or control, we will notify users as soon as possible after resuming normal operations.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to stop the service at any time, and in this case, we may immediately terminate your use rights without prior notice of termination. Once the service is terminated (unless we specifically notify you), it means: (1) all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate; (2) you must immediately stop using this platform.

Please note that we are not responsible for any consequences of your choice to continue to use the service, and we have the right to suspend or terminate any service without any liability.

Restrictions on Use

You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions, laws and regulations when using the app facilities and obtaining products and services through the app facilities. In addition, you agree not to do any of the following:

1. Register multiple accounts at any time, that is, use multiple International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), use multiple email addresses, or register accounts on behalf of individuals or any groups or entities other than yourself;

2. Post or otherwise provide content or take any action on the app facility that may constitute defamation or libel or infringe or violate the rights of others or is protected by any copyright or trademark or otherwise violates the law;

3. Post or otherwise provide content that the Company considers offensive, such as harmful, threatening, inflammatory, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful or other offensive content, or restrict or prohibit any other person from using or enjoying content on the App Facility, or that could expose the Company or users of the App Facility to any type of harm or liability;

4. Post or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitation, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation;

5. Use information or content on the App Facility to send unwelcome messages to any other user;

6. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with any person or entity;

7. Post or otherwise make publicly available any third party’s personal or financial information on the App Facility;

Solicit passwords or personally identifiable information for commercial or unlawful purposes;

8. Use the App Facility or our products and services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App Facility;

Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the App Facility by electronic or other means, including by use of automated scripts; and/or

9. Post or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Intellectual Property

The designs, trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works and/or logos (“Marks”) of the App Facilities are owned by or licensed to the Company, and similarly, the designs, trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works and logos of third parties may be owned by or licensed to third parties and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, foreign laws and/or international conventions. Unless otherwise expressly permitted, you may not use, copy or distribute any App Trademarks or designs, trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works and/or third-party logos on the App Facilities.

Transferability

We reserve the right to freely assign and transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at our sole discretion. Users do not have the right to assign or transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.

Changes to Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right to change these App Terms of Service (“Updated Terms”) at any time. Unless the change to the Terms of Service is for legal or administrative reasons, the Company will provide reasonable notice of the Updated Terms of the App Facilities.

Your use of the App Facilities after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms. You should review these Terms of Service and any Updated Terms before continuing to use the App Facilities.

Violations

You are not allowed to take any action or use any device, software or other means to interfere with the activities and operation of 1 Million Peso and its database. Any actions, attempts or activities that violate intellectual property laws and the prohibitions set forth in these Terms will subject the responsible person to the relevant legal liabilities and sanctions set forth in these Terms, as well as compensation for the losses caused.
